Refugee - An individual who has fear of death or persecution if they should return to their home country.
Upgrade a Petition - Once you become an American citizen you may want the INS to change the petitions filed for family members after you are a lawful permanent resident.
Visa - Is a permit for an individual to have permission
to enter the United States.
Visa Validity - The visa is valid from the date
issued until the date it expires.
